GF Almond Butter Cookies Made with Honey

So it’s officially the holidays and I’ve been hosting a ton of dinners/drinks at my place. I just LOVE hosting at my apartment. Is that weird?

Anywho, along with having my favorite Rośe on hand, I’ve also been serving this simple gluten-free, almond butter cookies sweetened with honey. They’ve been a huge hit and it’s just so good for you goodness. I’ll typically be cooking as guests arrive and will have my favorite Rośe on-hand along with these cookies. It’s not too sweet and just the simple holiday munchies.

And they’re full of proteins and healthy fats. I’ll make a huge batch and have it for afternoon snacks.

Ingredients:

♡ Blanched almond flour – 1 3/4 cup

♡ Raw Almond Butter – 1 cup

♡ Raw Unfiltered Honey – 3/4 cup (or more if you prefer sweeter)

♡ Egg – 1

♡ Baking Soda – 1 tsp

Directions:

♡ Preheat oven to 350 degrees

♡ Mix almond butter and honey in a bowl

♡ Add in almond flour, egg and baking soda and mix well

♡ 1 tablespoon scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes

♡ Do not over bake as honey burns quicker than sugar
