I got these new sunnies in Seoul and I’m absolutely obsessed with it! They’re super light. This pair is a Korean brand called Vedi Vero . So different from my normal big, jet black sunnies that I gravitate towards. I left myself in the hands of my GF this past weekend in Seoul. She’s a mom of 2 girls so needless to say, she doesn’t get out much. But when

  • Foam Rolling: So Good It Hurts

So, okay. I’ve never felt better, physically. That’s a big statement because I’m in Seoul, away from the comfort of my home. I have chronic neck pain so I get massages every two weeks, if not every week. In the last three weeks, I’ve gotten one. (only because my GF wanted to catch up over a spa sessh at the Four Seasons, Seoul. and who can say no to that?!)

  • Long Haul Flights: Skincare Routine

I quite enjoy long haul flights. :: crickets:: Is that weird? For me, it’s 10+ hours where I get to catch up on movies, start a new book, catch up on work emails (if there is wifi) and my favorite time for a lil’ spa session. Yup, I’m that obnoxious Asian beauty traveler that full on puts on a sheet mask, repeatedly sprays a moisturizing mist while giving myself an

There are so many healthy options in LA that I don’t eat fast food, ever. Well… maybe once a year I’ll have a Dodger dog when I’m at a game. But if I’m short for time, I’ll stop by Wholefoods and get a juice/smoothie or stop by Backyard Bowls on Beverly for a quick Acai bowl. Or if I’m lazy and don’t feel like cooking, I’ll stop by Erewhon Market

Over the weekend, I met up with a GF in Itaewon in Seoul. I love Seoul and it is absolutely my favorite city. The bustling city that never sleeps is so lively that I can’t ever get enough. Itaewon is unique because there are a lot of expats that live here. The culture is so worldly that you’ll find the best global restaurants here. As my GF once said, Itaewon

As religious I am now about putting sunblock on my face and staying out of the sun as much as possible, I used to live under the sun when I was younger. I was a competitive golfer growing up and even got a scholarship to play golf. So as you can imagine, I was in the sun a lot. That’s really an understatement, really. I was constantly under the sun.

  • Best Stick Cleansers

    Posted on August 23, 2017

I think it’s really important to cleanse well. This leaves the skin well prepped for all the good stuff to be absorbed from your essence, serum, creams, etc. However, you don’t want to over strip your face from natural oils because that will throw off your PH balance. Within the last year, I’ve discovered two stick cleansers that have worked well for me. IMO, stick cleaners are like a bar

I get really jealous of girls that wake up looking fabulous. You know those tom-boy girls from grade school that didn’t give a shit about lipgloss? Those were the girls that woke up with dewy skin, messy top knot bun with morning breath of lavender. HA! This certainly isn’t me. Let’s just say that if I were to walk through TSA with my “just got out of bed” look, I

“Do I need to wash my hair today?” “My back is a little stiff in this position. Did I push myself too hard at Pop Physique yesterday?” “Focus. Need to quiet my thoughts.” “Oh yeah, it’s day 3 of not washing my hair. Definitely need to wash my hair before my date. Should I just book Drybar?” “Did I respond to my Greg’s email? Shoot. He’s probably thinking I ignored

  • Glow Within: Noni Fruit

As you may or may not be aware, I’m obsessed with everything skincare related. I’m a total skincare junkie and I’ll try everything once to see if it works for me. However, I also fully realize that glowing skin comes from within as well. IMHO, I think it’s 70/30. 70% is internal – what you eat, stress level, positive internal thoughts’, etc 30% is external – skincare maintenance, exercise, sun
